Its somewhat sad to think that the pinnicle of "motorsport" in Durban - that which draws the largest crowds - is Boxcart racing.

The showing was large. The track, well, section of road conscripted to serve the cause, was 450meters long, and the fences on either side of the strewbale line course were 3 deep with people. No stands as such, but there was a giant screen that, given the depth of people and limited view of the road, was the only way to actually watch the race.
